Thumbnail View

  • To open Thumbnail/Grid view choose choose icon from the Toolbar or navigate to “Window” -> “Toggle Grid view”.
  • This gives the thumbnail view of all the images opened in the editor. It helps the user to select or deselect required images that can be exported to any of the "Share" options.

Thumbnail View

Grid view filter options include selecting images based on the type: All, Image, Video and Audio formats. By selecting a type, grid will refresh and will show only that type of files. In addition, display size, Small, Medium or Large, can be selected to display a large number of thumbnails or view thumbnails in a large size.

You can select the thumbnails and by right clicking in the space to see the context menu.

Image Added

Copy for Filedrop: All the selected files are processed burning annotations on them and making them available for Drag Me operation.Using Drag Me, all the selected files can be copied into applications or to any folder.

Update Categories/Tags: All the selected files can be categorized and tagged together.

Collage Images: All the selected images are organized in an intuitive collage in a space optimizing pattern and creates a new image.

Collate Images: A new blank image is created and the selected images are placed as embedded image annotations on it. These embedded images can be resized and organized as required. This is very helpful when you take multiple relevant images for filing an issue and create a larger image composition arranging them.

Word, Powerpoint and Excel: Selected images can be easily exported into Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel documents.

Tray Options

When the application is closed, the application will be in a minimized state running in the background. All capture operations available in the tray can be performed with Shortcuts or menu options. Shortcuts can be modified in user preferences. The editor can be opened by double-clicking the icon when it is closed.
